Reporting to and being mentored by the Director, this individual will serve as the sole Project Engineer supporting three project sites. While 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in commercial construction is preferred, the most important qualifications are strong soft skills, including excellent communication, organization, and the ability to effectively collaborate with and facilitate meetings among diverse stakeholder groups.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing three active projects and coordinating with key stakeholders, including architects, general contractors, and internal teams. This individual will lead weekly contractor meetings and support all phases of the project lifecycle.
