Construction Project Controls Specialist/Lead

WB Melback Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to manage project cost, schedule, and performance data to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining baselines, performing earned value management (EVM), analyzing risks, and generating forecasting reports for stakeholders. They act as the navigator for project managers by providing data-driven insights to guide project decisions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cost Management and Control: Monitors project budgets, tracks actual costs against forecasted budgets, and manages cash flow. They perform cost analysis, including cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (SPI), to identify overruns.
