Construction Planning Team Member Responsibilities Construction Planning Team Member-PETCHEM Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in updating and maintaining EPC schedules at L2, L3, and L4 levels, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines. Identification of critical path activities and lagging tasks. Supports Senior Engg. by conducting risk and delay analysis, and assist in proposing resolutions. Contribute to the generation and management of S-Curves and various MIS reports, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and 90-day look-ahead plans. Help determine manpower and machinery requirements by planning work sequences for project activities in coordination with the team.
