Job Description
RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals interested in joining our Construction and Maintenance Team as Hydrovac Operator working out of Virden or Brandon, Manitoba. The successful candidates will be involved in the day-to-day operations including the preparation and installation of fibre internet infrastructure.
General Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain one of a variety of Hydrovac trucks for soil excavation and removal around our fiber optic cable network
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, report on equipment before use, and report any repair issues or equipment hazards immediately
- Secure special attachments to equipment
- Assist with general labor duties when needed, to complete fibre optic construction projects
