Job Description

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to join its Edinburgh-based Construction & Engineering Team. The role involves handling a broad range of construction matters including:
Advising on construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects.
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and project documentation.
Providing strategic and commercial legal support to clients.
Managing matters independently and assisting junior colleagues.
Supporting business development and team growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE, with experience in non-contentious construction law and strong knowledge of standard construction contracts, including NEC, FIDIC and/or JCT.
