Working with a developer seeking a Construction Manager to support a growing townhome portfolio. This is a developer-side role overseeing multiple projects from DP through to completion, focused on coordination, consultant management, and vendor/trade selection rather than hands-on site execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple townhome projects from development permit (DP) through to completion.
• Coordinate project activities and manage consultants, vendors, and trades.
• Focus on coordination, consultant management, and vendor/trade selection rather than hands-on site execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with wood-frame multi-family construction.
• Recently delivered a townhome development end-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
