Take charge as a Construction Manager in a permanent full-time role that focuses on on-site management. Your skills will ensure quality outcomes and effective subcontractor oversight.
In this role, you will coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities, evaluate daily operations, and plan project timelines. Your expertise in preparing budget estimates and managing contracts will be crucial. Please note, this on-site role does not allow for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and supervise subcontractor operations
• Plan scheduling and monitor project milestones
• Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements
• Evaluate daily operations for improvements
• Develop and implement quality control programs
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of management experience in construction
• Relevant college diploma or certification
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Contract negotiation experience
• Must have legal work authorization in Canada
