Construction Manager — High-Volume Low-Rise Residential

About the Role

We're hiring a Construction Manager who runs schedule, budget, and sub relationships across multiple active jobs at once - not a single-site foreman managing one build at a time. You'll own the handoff from pre-construction to construction, keep every crew and trade moving without living on one site, and be the person ownership trusts to catch a problem before it becomes a client escalation.

This role is built for someone who has supervised high-volume low-rise residential construction - multiple homes or units in motion simultaneously - and knows how to run that volume through people and process, not by being everywhere at once.
