Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives.
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
- Develop and maintain pre‑construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules.
- Plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
- Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies, and environmental programs are adhered to.
- Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects.
