JOB PURPOSE
You are responsible for leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team of approximately 1020 personnel, including both internal resources and external contractors, to ensure the successful execution and completion of construction and commissioning phases. You will oversee the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) assembly process, ensuring that structures, chutes, OEM equipment, and conveyor systems are assembled and installed in line with approved engineering
designs and layout specifications. This phase is critical in verifying quality standards and minimising potential rework during on-site installation.
