This role serves as the on-site leader, directing subcontractors, labor crews, and field staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and company policies. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager to maintain productivity, resolve field issues, and promote a safe and efficient job‐site environment.
