In this role, you'll work alongside the Senior Pre-Construction Manager to conduct detailed cost analyses for Townline's various multi-family and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing quantity take-offs, reviewing bid packages, and constantly updating project budgets to reflect changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify site conditions during pre-tender visits
• Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets
• Interface with subcontractors and clients during bidding
• Maintain databases of project materials and costs
• Communicate changes and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-6 years in construction, estimating experience preferred
• Degree or diploma in a construction-related field
