Construction Estimator / Tender Coordinator (Brampton)

Job Description

MN Contracting is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Tender Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for construction scopes such as drywall, framing, ACT ceilings, painting, flooring, concrete, renovations, and general construction work.
• Assist with pricing labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
• Prepare and submit tender packages before closing deadlines.
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
• Track tender opportunities, bid deadlines, addenda, and project requirements.
• Prepare estimate summaries, scope sheets, exclusions, clarifications, and proposal documents.
• Follow up with general contractors, project managers, and clients regarding submitted estimates.
