Job Overview
Encore Development Company is seeking a highly skilled, technically strong, and experienced Construction Estimator with demonstrated expertise in government, federal, and JOC (Job Order Contracting) estimating, in addition to residential, commercial, tenant improvement, and restoration projects.
The Estimator will be a key member of the pre-construction team and will be responsible for developing accurate, detailed, and defensible cost estimates that directly impact project awards, profitability, and execution. This role requires advanced analytical ability, deep familiarity with construction cost databases (particularly RSMeans), and a strong understanding of federal procurement, JOC pricing structures, and compliance requirements.
