Wilderness North is searching for an experienced Construction Crew Lead specializing in carpentry. As part of their internal Build Team, you will oversee various projects, including lodge cabins, staff housing, and solar installations. This role combines leadership, project organization, and quality workmanship to contribute to the company's growth in Northern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small construction crew effectively
• Plan and organize daily working activities
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters
Requirements:
• Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership in construction settings
