About the Position: This position functions under the general supervision of the Resident Engineer who assigns work in terms of priorities and specific construction requirements prior to construction activities. Responsibilities Review contractor proposals to insure completeness and appropriateness. Prepare technical analysis or Pre-negotiation Objectives as required based on cost analysis of contractor's proposal and Government estimate. Develop construction methods and quality control techniques for projects that involve specialized facilities with special purpose technical equipment installation and structural features.
