Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and NAV calculation of Real Estate Investment Funds, including day-to-day accounting of the Luxembourg vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with processes in place
  • Review and validation of Luxembourg companies’ accounts
  • Ensure the technical correctness of consolidation reporting packages received from local accounting providers(financial controlling)
  • Perform consolidation under Lux GAAP, IFRS
  • Prepare quarterly reporting and annual consolidated accounts
  • Liaise with third parties (external auditors, banks, …)
  • Cash management
  • Manage and coach one to two accountants

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Ideally previous experience working for a Big4 or Real Estate Investment Company in Luxembourg
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS, Lux GAAP
  • Fluency in English, German ...
