Your Next Challenge

Reporting to the general supervisor for health and safety, you will be part of the health and safety department. You will ensure that objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle values, the H&S code of conduct and the environment.

• Develop and facilitate implementation of health and safety management tools (risk analysis, task observation, incident report forms, incident investigation), and contribute to the development of a health and safety program for the Meadowbank complex.
• Implement training across various services to improve workflow and simplify risk management, at both operational and larger scales, including health and safety risks.
• Participate in system audits and compliance checks for the Vers sustainable mining development initiative (TSM).
