Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Manufacturing, the Confectionery Specialist is responsible for driving the commercialization of new chocolate and gummy products from formulation development to scale up and commercial manufacturing. The Confectionery Specialist role is dynamic, fast‑paced, multidisciplinary, and collaborative. The successful candidate will independently develop best‑in‑class cannabis confections to support Tilray Brands’ position as a top cannabis company in Canada and internationally.
