Job Description
Job Purpose Responsible for the overall management of residential or commercial properties under MCST, ensuring smooth daily operations, financial control, regulatory compliance, and positive stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and site performance
- Manage stakeholders including MCST council, residents, and tenants
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure control
- Manage contracts, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related field
- 3–5 years relevant experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
