Concrete Plant Supervisor — Flexible Hours, Hands-On Ops

Talent Propeller Limited is seeking a dedicated individual for a hands-on role in overseeing the concrete plant in Cromwell. The successful candidate will ensure daily delivery schedules are met and plan maintenance to minimize disruptions.

The ideal applicant will have strong customer relations skills, a Class 4 license, and preferably some experience in concrete batching. A friendly team environment and training opportunities await the successful candidate.
