Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing concrete and mortar blends using a variety of raw materials. This is a highly precise and repetitive position that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Accurately mix concrete/mortar formulations according to established procedures
- Measure and weigh materials using scales and measuring tools
- Produce approximately 10-12 batches per hour, with batch weights ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 pounds
- Interpret and respond to HMI error codes and process alerts
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to position bulk bags under spouts for filling
