The Concrete laborer will assist site preparation, concrete pours, and end-of-day cleanup while working with minimal supervision. This role combines hands-on concrete labor with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that forms, tools, and work areas are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned to support high-quality commercial and industrial concrete projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites each day by organizing tools, materials, and equipment needed for concrete work.
- Set up concrete forms and related materials according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Assist with and oversee concrete pours to ensure proper placement, compaction, and finishing.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including the use of power trowels and hand tools, as needed.
