ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize Construction, based in Saskatoon, SK, is currently seeking a full‑time Concrete Finisher – Lead Hand to join our team for municipal concrete projects. As a Concrete Finisher – Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and other municipal structures.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards.
• Assist with the preparation of work sites, including setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.
• Operate and maintain concrete construction equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and expertise in concrete construction.
