About the Role

Amrize Construction, based in Saskatoon, SK is seeking a full‑time Concrete Finisher – Lead Hand to oversee municipal concrete projects. You will supervise the construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and other municipal structures.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards.
• Assist with the preparation of work sites, including setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.
• Operate and maintain concrete construction equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior crew members.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
