**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Form Setter with extensive experience in structural concrete work for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in setting up and finishing forms for concrete columns, podiums, and walls over 10 feet tall.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set and finish concrete forms, particularly for walls over 10 feet.
+ Prepare the site for concrete pouring including rebar and minimal form setup.
+ Pour and finish concrete using tools such as a bull float and power concrete screed.
+ Engage in heavy lifting and use of hand and power tools as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5-10 years of structural concrete experience.
+ Proficiency in concrete form setting and finishing.
+ Experience with concrete carpentry and construction.
+ Strong ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure.
