We are hiring Concierge Security professionals in Toronto to deliver front-desk security with strong customer service. You will manage visitor flow, access credentials, and building rules while maintaining a security-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, visitors, and contractors; verify credentials and sign-in procedures
• Monitor lobby, CCTV, and access systems per property management direction
• Handle noise complaints, lockouts, and minor incidents with de-escalation
• Complete daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes
• Support emergency procedures including fire panel awareness and evacuations

Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time, all shifts
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Excellent communication and professional appearance
• Prior concierge, hospitality, or front-desk experience is an asset
