Position Title: Concierge
Location: Ivy Park at Monterey
Shifts, Time, and Days: Friday and Saturday, 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
We seek a courteous, organized, and proactive professional to manage the front desk of our senior living community, welcoming visitors, providing clerical support, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to every alert.
- Effectively manage the business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
