About the Role
Our client is a full-service luxury hotel in Singapore. They are seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional, personalised services to guests — from travel arrangements and local recommendations to bespoke pre-arrival experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with tours, golf, restaurant, flight bookings, and travel reconfirmations
- Provide directional information, shopping recommendations, and places of interest
- Manage limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasting
- Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements (birthday decorations, honeymoon setups, etc.)
- Make reservations for theatre, airlines, and transportation using Singapore booking systems
- Assist guests with immigration, customs, and visa-related enquiries
- Handle phone enquiries, mail, messages, Lost & Found, and guest complaints
