Computer Systems Administrator
KBR is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support HQ Space Training and Readiness Command located at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
A strong candidate will have background provisioning computer accounts, troubleshooting connectivity or configuration issues, and interacting with General/Flag officers and their staffs.
In this position, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, networks, and software.
+ Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility / configuration.
+ Configure / maintain government-issued cell phones.
+ Troubleshoot error messages, provide technical solutions, and open trouble tickets.
+ Support users at all STARCOM HQ locations.
