The Computer Support Specialist provides technical assistance, troubleshooting, and end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role involves installation, maintenance, documentation, training, and collaboration with users, vendors, and IT staff to ensure reliable and effective technology solutions. Responsibilities: Install, administer, test, maintain, deploy, and configure hardware and software. Diagnose and repair computers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Provide desktop support for Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Pro. Support Windows 10 desktop environments, VPN access, and remote technical support.
