Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Objective:Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis machining equipment (3, 4, 5-axis, etc.), ensuring the manufacture of high-precision mechanical components in accordance with engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications, while maximizing production efficiency, quality, process safety, and continuous improvement in machining operationsKey Functions:- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for lathes and multi-axis machining centers (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), ensuring extremely tight tolerances for super high‐precision components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and 2D/3D CAD models to define machining sequences, toolpaths, and appropriate manufacturing strategies.
- Analyze and select cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies for materials such as stainless steels and high‐temperature alloys, ensuring part quality and maximizing tool life.
