The Compute Resource/OEM Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving and managing complex technology and research partnerships across OEM and compute resource domains.
This role is execution-focused, emphasizing deal structuring, contracting, and technical collaboration—not sales or strategic business development.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology partnerships and OEM engagement, with proven experience translating complex technical requirements into actionable business agreements.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle deal execution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier, research, and technology collaboration agreements.
Partner closely with OEM partners, compute resource vendors, and internal engineering stakeholders to translate technical needs into clear business and contractual terms.
