Subspecialty:  Comprehensive Surgeon - This position is with a moderate-sized, growing practice that currently has 5 MDs, 3 ODs, and a PA on staff. Excellent patient-centric culture offering cataract surgery, oculoplastic, comprehensive eye care, YAG capsulotomy, refractive lens exchange, and much more!

Practice Location:  Orlando, FL (Lake Mary & Winter Park)

MD Or Corporate Owned:  Corporate

Reason for Job Opening:  Replacement

Partnership Opportunity:  Yes; 1-2 years for experienced hires & 2-3 for “green” docs

Target Compensation:  300 – 325k Base

Bonus Opportunity: Yes, for collections in excess of 3x salary

Retirement Program: Yes w/ Match; 100% of 3% & 50% of next 4/5%
