Composites Manufacturing Engineer – Launch Vehicles

Rocket Lab is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II – Composites to support production activities for the Launch Vehicle in a fast‑paced setting. You will ensure manufacturing principles are applied, collaborate with engineers and technicians, and drive process changes through prototyping, testing, and validation.

You will lead risk assessments, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement projects while guiding junior staff and ensuring on‑time delivery of flight hardware.
