****This position is located in Midland, TX****
**Description:**
+ While working on-site in Midland, TX, Composite Bonders will be working on production of satellites for state-of-the-art communications purposes
+ Perform layup and bonding of composite components
+ Use jigs/molds to complete tasks
+ Use work orders and blueprints
+ This company is growing rapidly – they’ve grown from 1 building to 5 buildings in the past year or so
**Requirements:**
+ 2+ years of Composite Layup/Bonding experience
+ You will be working in a clean room environment, so you will be required to wear a smock and hair/beard net
+ Tools are NOT required
**Compensation:**
+ $27/hr taxed + $192/day per diem (totaling to $51/hr)
**Work Schedule:**
+ Must be flexible on shift and willing to work OT – below times may vary
+ 1st shift (7:30am-4:30pm)
+ 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am)
+ Weekend Shift (7am-7pm)
