Composite Laminator

Crosby Composites is a leading carbon fibre manufacturer.

We are looking for experienced Laminators to join our team at the Brackley site.

This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

In this role you will:

• Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
• Checking information on drawings to ensure clarity
• Checking route card instructions for correctness
• Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
• Be familiar with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Have a good understanding of engineering drawings
