Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee tracking and expediting of aircraft component returns from local and overseas airline customers to ensure timely recovery of assets. Manage the end-to-end component return process, including loan and exchange order closures, and ensure timely return of parts to vendors to prevent late return penalties.
- Optimise asset utilisation by evaluating component vintage, applicability, and commercial value when determining return strategies to vendors.
- Provide operational oversight and guidance to CRU teams in Singapore, APACS (KL), and India (Delhi), ensuring alignment in processes, priorities, and service standards.
- Act as the regional escalation point for core return issues, driving cross-location coordination to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely component recovery.
