Component Assembly Technician

To assemble, service and sign-off assemblies required for the running of race, test, PR and customer cars and rigs.

Main Duties

• Build, strip and service WF1 and customer suspension, brake, steering, Power Unit Integration & Drive‑train components to a consistent high standard of competitiveness, safety and reliability, ensuring all assemblies conform to current Engineering and Manufacturing policies and procedures
• Carrying out duties as instructed by the Component Assembly Team leader as per the daily work List
• Critically evaluate all components during assembly and disassembly, ensuring their integrity and reporting all faults
• Operate pass‑off and test rigs as required
• Highlight any assembly/quality issues to the Team leader or relevant design authority
