Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing the review, interpretation, and dissemination of current and proposed laws and regulations. Provides consultation and advice to partners regarding Compliance risk avoidance. Establishes business development strategies to minimize risk and assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Principal Responsibilities

• Review and interpret laws and regulations for the purpose of developing appropriate testing plans
• Independently establish the appropriate scope and test steps for individual reviews
• Conduct and document testing reviews to assess compliance with and adherence to regulations/legislation and internal policies
• Engage with Compliance SMEs to understand any matters for concern related to applicable reviews
• Follow established policies, procedures and standards for testing activities
