Role Purpose

Support the Compliance Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining company's compliance framework, while fostering a strong culture of compliance awareness and ethical conduct across the organization.

• Assist the Compliance Manager in the development, implementation, periodic review, and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures in line with JS&SL requirements. Assess the effectiveness of existing controls, identify potential gaps, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen governance and risk management practices.
• Maintain the Company's Policy Management System by ensuring policies and procedures remain accurate, up to date, and properly documented. Manage version control, document indexing, retrieval processes, and audit trail requirements, while coordinating updates with policy owners as necessary.
