THE ROLE

This is a senior administrative role embedded in the mobilisation function of an Australian business that deploys personnel to major mining sites including BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto, and Roy Hill. You will manage the full documentation and coordination chain — from compliance uploads and medical bookings through to inductions, site access, and travel — ensuring every person is cleared, booked, and briefed before they set foot on site. The volume is real, the deadlines are firm, and the consequences of errors are immediate.
