Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance of port operations with all applicable regulations, including business licenses, environmental permits, maritime regulations, the Shipping Law, and Ministry of Transportation requirements.
- Manage and monitor the validity of operational permits, ensure timely submission of mandatory regulatory reports, and proactively mitigate compliance risks that could lead to administrative sanctions, penalties, or permit suspension.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Public Relations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure operational activities and project changes remain aligned with regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Oversee compliance activities across one or multiple port terminals within the business group, with flexibility to support regional branches as the business expands. Represent the company in meetings, audits, and hearings with government authorities, including the...
