Compliance Manager

The Role

. Co-manage the IHH Group Compliance Unit by keeping abreast of global corporate regulatory developments and ensure IHH-wide compliance.
. Co-manage the Group Data Protection Office and provide leadership and support to all Division Data Protection Offices.

Key accountabilities

. Support formulation and implementation of IHH Group policies owned or supported by the compliance function.
. Support implementation of IHH Group projects involving the compliance function.
. Support the development and delivery of IHH Group initiatives of the compliance function such as training, corporate communication, and education and awareness campaign.
. Develop and maintain IHH Group knowledge management systems for the compliance function.
. Produce and maintain IHH Group documentation for the compliance function.
