Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, the United States and Latin America, and more than 21 years of experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high‑quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2.6GW (1.3GW operational and +1.3GW ready to build/under construction). The entire portfolio under development sums to over 18GW.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor compliance programs (AML, Governance, Codes of Conduct, Data Protection (GDPR), etc.).
- Implement the Compliance and Crime Prevention Management Manual and the Risk Management Model.
- Analyze operations for potential risks and suspicious activities.
- Draft and review policies, procedures, and remediation plans.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify and assess business risks.
