Key responsibilities
- Be the risk owner to well maintain and ensure effective implementation of the monitoring mechanism of key compliance activities, e.g. HCP engagement, HCP interaction etc. Strong risk management and data analysis skill, to identify risk and issues sharply.
- Lead control design/implementation of key compliance activities, e.g. HCP engagement, HCP interaction etc.
- Lead effective communication and reporting process. e.g. to management team, to different department management team, to each frontline manager etc. To leverage digital platform to easily guide business make decision and take action.
- Be a strategic project manager, to leading (or joining) cross-function project team, drive for effective controls design and landing for key risk activities; leverage and synergy existing resources of cross function, e.g. procurement, finance. etc.
