- Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain compliance and enforcement processes and procedures to ensure effective and timeous enforcement of all applicable Collective Agreements.
- Continuously review and improve departmental systems, procedures, and operational practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Lead compliance monitoring activities and enforcement initiatives to ensure adherence to legislative and collective agreement requirements.
- Oversee investigations, assessments, calculations, compliance audits, inspections, and enforcement actions where necessary.
- Personally perform compliance, enforcement, dispute resolution, or investigative functions when required.
