Compliance Associate
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in communication and works well under pressure. The Compliance Associate will conduct in‑depth research and problem‑solving to support our background screening processes and help maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a high volume of tasks with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of background reports, including communication with court clerks and law enforcement agencies.
- Communicate effectively with compliance teammates and leaders to flag issues, facilitate resolution, maintain quality, and drive key performance indicators.
- Complete all required training and collaborate with compliance leadership to maintain knowledge and quality on all QA workflows.
