Job Description
The Senior Compliance Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for leading audits, conducting regulatory analyses, interpreting regulatory changes, developing remediation strategies, and mentoring junior compliance staff. The role influences departmental compliance strategy and partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure proactive regulatory adherence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assist with the design and execution of audit programs and develop remediation plans.
+ Interpret state, federal, and privacy regulatory changes and advise business leaders/stakeholders on required actions.
+ Present findings and conduct risk analyses for leadership. May contribute to preparing dashboards.
+ Lead targeted compliance and process audits; coordinate with Law & Regulation, Internal Audit and other relevant parties
