Responsibilities
- Performs activities related to the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Compliance and Integrity Program;
- Carries out operational activities related to the handling of reports received through the Transparency Channel (whistleblowing channel);
- Supports the conduct of analyses and investigations related to potential violations of the Code of Conduct and other institutional policies;
- Performs integrity analyses related to third parties, partners and other stakeholders;
- Assists in monitoring legal, regulatory and normative requirements applicable to compliance activities;
- Prepares reports, operational controls and metrics related to the activities carried out by the area;
